Dear Hope Master,

" John Wayne had 44 lbs offecal material buried in his interstines when he died. He was a very big meat eater. I can only testify for the difference it has made in my life."

How do you know that John Wayne had 44 lbs. of fecal matter in his intestines when he died ??

I'm so glad you're sleeping and feeling better, however it probably is a result of tapering off zanax not colonic's. Zanax has a very short half-life and is metabolized by your liver and out of your system very quickly. Thats why the w/d's off it can be so painfull. Many people follow a tapering protocol that switches them to a longer lasting Benzo, usually valium, and then slowly taper off of that. Anyway I think 90% of sleeping well is mental and if thinking colonic's was the answer for you then whatever. I would however be hesitant to claim that it is the " silver bullet " people are always seeking.

Regards

David
