Impact medications on duration sleep

What drugs --clonopin, trazadone, temezepam, thioridizine,seroquel, or others-- are esp useful for early waking. Subject is knocked out immediately by these, but wakes up after 3-5 hrs. Needs long duration drug for longer sleep,
Separately, the early waking is product of withdrawal from phenelzine MAO inhibitor. Any familiarity with that w/drawal would be much appreciated.
