I do not think that you truly understand how the body gets sick. The body gets sick from toxins which become inflammed and then disease results. On all levels of the being toxins cause irritability. They cause toxic emotions, toxic spirit, and a toxic body. People who have insomnia are toxic on many levels. You really should advance your understanding of life. You probably feel happier and safer talking about medications. That is your choice. I am not anal at all . I fell upon this very fortunately. All I can say is that it has enhanced my life on all levels. I feel like I have been reborn. I am not saying it will work for everybody, but I guarantee that whoever does receive them will feel like they have never felt since they were teenagers. I am not quite sure why people refute things when they have never tried them. I would never place a value judgement on something I never tried. What is with you that you become so annoyed at a simple procedure that Edgar Cayce and Bernard Jensen plus many other innovative health people recommend for vital health? I am really perplexed.Hope
