Addicted to Tylenol PM please someone help me

I have been taking Tylenol PM for sometime now. Iam currently taking 8 tablets a night everynight 7 days a week. I have 5 small boys and I am scared what this might do to me.. I don't have the insurance or the money to go to a doctor and I am at lost of what to do can someone please help me before it is to late???
