Check your phone book, or call the nearest hospital's referral service to find the closest free clinic in your area. Hopefully, a doctor at a free clinic will give you a non-addicting sleeping aid such as Remeron or Trazodone while you taper-off the Tylenol PM. You need to get off the high dose of the two ingredients found in the Tylenol PM as soon as possible. But you need to do it by slowly tapering-off a little each night.
