Your dosage is high. Tylenol PM is designed for short-term uses only and at a lower dosage than what you are currently taking. Excessive use may cause damage to your liver. Please seek a doctor who can offer you some free advice to get off the drug.

There are other sleep aids that are much safer and there are also drug free ways to manage your insomnia. Please don't delay seeking help.
