It sounds to me like you have quite a bit of stress in your life right now, which may be causing your sleep problems. However, early morning wakening and fatigue are symptoms of depression which goes hand in hand with insomnia. I would suggest trying to reduce your stressors, work on good nutrition, exercise, and sleep hygiene. There are some really good books on this website you might find helpful. "Desparately Seekin Snoozin" is one that comes to mind. Also, "Say Goodnight to Insomnia" is another one. Check out the Sleep Mall on this website for these books and others.
