The difference is that you do not become addicted to supplements and do not get withdrawal symtoms if you do not take them. Of course if you are going to be extreme in your usage than any thing is possible. Herbs you start off taking more and gradually lower your dose to get the same effect. With drugs they quickly stop working, and you always are raising your dose to get the same effect. Herbs if taken correctly, are very useful. They are assimilated and used by the body properly. The body does not really know how to use drugs because they are foreign .Can't you see how many people have tried so many different drugs at varying amounts and can get no satisfcion? Also drugs effect the body organically and metabolically and make great changes in your body chemistry. Herbs do not. Do I think that is good enough reasons to try to find a single herb that you can take in small amounts rather than taking drugs. I think so. Hope
