Hope,I'm gonna make this short and sweet and to the point.

* I don't have a problem with herbs or alternative approaches to traditional medicine.

* I think the FDA is in the pockets of the drug companies. I have little faith in their oversight capabilities.

* In my opnion, most of the benefit you are seeing in your sleep is a result of tapering off Zanax ( which is a nasty drug ) and allowing your neurotransmitters time to heal rather then any herb or colonic. I am curious as to the ingrediants of sure sleep.Let me suggest you list them here if it is a product you are endorsing.

* I do have a problem with you posting incomplete or false information. Nobody's looking to silence you or prevent you from expressing an opinion however you need to think about what you are typing before doing so. It's not a question of a " scientific argument " it's just that passion for somthing should not replace the truth. You continue to make statements that are not based on fact. That's ok as long as you qualify it with " in my opinion " or " in my personal experience " or I don't have the facts but I believe...". This way people understand that you are expressing an opinion vs. stating somthing that they believe you may have researched and can provide more evidence then personal observations. I don't care to rehash point by point things you have claimed with authority that are just not true, however i have patiently read your various posts and reached the point where I felt compelled to respond.

* Because someone has a different opinion does not make them argumentative. there is wide spread debate over the risks/benefits of herbs vs. drugs. There is room for many thoughts. Before you lay claim to the high road, just remember to think about what you are saying and how it may effect other people. I believe that people familiar with proper w/d protocol would strongly recommend against using ANYTHING while allowing the body time to heal from the use of benzo's or a/d's unless there was a truely compelling reason.

Wishing you continued good sleep.

David
