I have been suffering from depression and insomnia for about 7 years, but recently it has got worse, and my sleep level has gone down from 4 hrs a night to 1-2. I know the reason of this; my girlfriend (who is also majorly depressed) is very suicidal at the moment, and I cannot sleep. I need to get help as it is affecting my job, but I am worried that if I sleep, she will be dead when I wake up. Does anybody have any advice?
