Ah yes, fans! I've used fans all my life. I also have a "noise machine" with a clock radio that I bought at Sharper Image about 10 years ago for around $125. It's getting old, and I'm glad that I can get a $20 replacement for it at Wal Mart.

Digressing a bit, I come from an alcoholic household. For a while, there was a 12 step program called Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA). I met quite a few people in the meetings who used fans to drown out the sound of their parents fighting at night.

ACOA should adopt a fan blade as its logo.
