Natalie RE: REMERON

Posted by Dave on March 22, 2001 at 07:48:40:

Hi Natalie. I see you have been using Remeron, and it helps.
I started on 15mgs, and had it for 5 days already, it seems it is not as sedating as it isdescribed, although I feel good during the day, I mean I feel less fatigu, so I guess it make syou sleep efficiently, not longer necessarily. I do wake up once during the night, but go back to sleep again. SO I sleep around 5-6 hours. I have always slep at least6-7 hours, but was a very good sleep, lately. Its not very refreshing, I am not woried about the quantity of sleep, but the quality. SO you think 30mgs will make me sleep better or worse? and if I take it right before bed, is it good?
FOr weight gain, paradoxically, I have heard 30mgs is better than 15mgs, meaning, you gain less on higher

Thanks

Take care

D
