I have been taking Paxil for 1 month as my isomnia was a symptom of an underlying depression. It has helped to a certain degree...however, I still wake up in the middle of the night and have to walk around the house before falling back asleep. Before starting Paxil I was sleeping an average of 10 hours a week, now, I sleep an average of 8 hours a night!!
Good luck.
