Time after time I read posts from people who took
Ambien and cannot sleep without it. I have NEVER
read one post saying that about Xanax or Valium!!
I will slightly change my previous post regarding Ambien addiction: if someone is a total
wreck and feel like they're losing it and want
SOMETHING to knock them out then Ambien is a good
choice. Even so, they MAY not be able to sleep
without if afterwards. suz
