You seem awfully young to be on Zoloft. Many people your age experience insomnia and I know haw difficult it can be. The book Desperately Seekin Snoozin which is available on this website should offer you all the advice you may need and will certainly help you. The worst thing about not sleeping is the aloneness you feel and at your age you usually don't share this with your friends and think "you're the only one" but I can tell you you're not. So be sure you're eating well and exercising and find someone you trust to talk to. Good Luck!
