If you have the chance, it might be worth it to talk to a psychologist or school counselor about your fears. They might be able to help you understand the source of your fears and different constructive ways to deal with them. My suggestion is to try this sooner rather than later - it is no good not to sleep AND be frightened all the time. As one who also lay awake scared and terrified while growing up, I wish you good luck!
