Mike, I just wanted to tell you how informative I find your postings. I was going to post asking if Ambien was a benzo and the answer was in your post. You mentioned what it isn't but do you know what it is? Also, I have the 4tape cassette of the Promise of Sleep but I find it rather clinical and scary....i.e. if you lose evenone hour of sleep per night it can have consequences, etc. etc. I've had so many sleepless nights in the last while that I couldn't calculate the number of hours and I hate to think of the ramifications. Again, thanks for your great posts!!!
