I forgot the most important part.

A healthy mind, in control and sure of the causes and symptoms of your
problems, you will be able to function at very near normalcy - our bodies and
minds are extremely adaptable to change if we will allow them. There have
been a number of people in life who function on 2-3 hours of sleep per night.

I would also get my body in tip-top shape, start out walking 30 minutes a day,
then 40 then 50, then jog 10 walk 40 etc. Do push ups, do sit ups, learn yoga,
a number of problems will clear up on there own. And the ones left you can be
sure have a medical reason.
