It's a difficult question to answer so I came up with a few thoughts.
1. Maybe a full body pillow will take some pressure off your face. Body pillows are wonderful anyway. Secondly. a nighty retinol treatment (as in Vitamin A) will make your skin healthy and less likely to crease (it erased the crows feet from my eyes in about 6 months) It also makes your skin thicker. Some brands are Diminish by Estee Lauder (my fav but expensive) L'oreal Rivitalift (I don't like the smell)
2. If you practice laying on your back on a really hard floor (as in Yoga, there are 3 simple postures 1. lying flat on your back raise your hands from your side to over your head. 2. Lie on your back, pull your knees up, support your weight with your hands on the floor by hips and then raise your butt up arching your back gently in the process. 3. Lie on your stomache, feet together and raise up like a pushup except your body from the hips down stays on the floor.) your muscles will stretch, your posture will improve and you will be able to sleep on your back. When you first do it your body will likely rebel and it will hurt as opposed to being comfortable - if it does hurt you will know why you can't sleep like that.
