Is there a cure for excessive Dreaming?

Posted by Dewayne Hicks on June 06, 2001 at 20:20:47:

Like some of you, I suffer from excessive dreaming. When I lie down to sleep at night its almost like sitting down to watch a non-stop eight hour movie. One dream flowing into the next. Needless to say I rarely feel rested the next morning. Even after nine hours of this REM-sleep, I still feel sluggish and tired throughout the day.

Any solutions?
