Try telling yourself before you go to bed that you will wake up refreshed and that your dreams will be relaxing and present information to you in a productive way. The power of self suggestion is a powerfull thing. It may take a week or so for you to start seeing results...but keep trying.

You also might want to see if you can start controlling your dreams. This is called lucid dreaming. If you can start controlling your dreams, maybe you can make them more relaxing. While dreaming, you could tell yourself that you will wake up feeling refreshed. A good resource for lucid dreaminig is http://ld4all.nl/.
