Oh, yeah...
I can relate to the last two replies in that barbs have been considered very dangerous in several ways, especially including it's synergistic effect in combination with alcohol (which if I'm not mistaken is how former 60's guitar legend Jimi Hendrix died).
I can understand also wishing to explore more options to treat insomnia since the only thing I've tried that works at least well enough for me to hold a job (but not much more than that) is Ativan (a benzodiazepine like Valium and Xanax), but even that may be the cause of other problems I've run into since I've been taking it for the last 1 1/2 years like agoraphobia and really crummy back and neck stress problems that feel especially worse after having even less sleep on some nights than others.
Oh, well... don't mean to gripe... but I hope you can find something that works well for you if you're having sleep problems as well!
