What kind of insomniac am I

Posted by dani on June 12, 2001 at 18:45:41:

I cant sleep whenever I have something to do the next day thats pretty important to me . If I have absolutely nothing to to I sleep good. Im 33 years Old & this has been going on as far back as I could remember. Its getting to the Point that I cant make any plans for anything, If I have Plans for A busy day Ill never sleep, most of time I know when I wont be able to sleep. Im getting really sick of this. Im not depressed I love life, I just want to sleep. Ive seen A couple of doctors but they have Pretty much been A waste. Im pretty sure this is some kind of anxiety but I dont know what to do. Ive tried ambien years ago but it did nothing. The Only thing that seems to help most of the time is klonipin . But after reading some of these posts I want something with less side affects. I dont take A Lot of klonipin, .5 MG , 30 pills usually last a couple of months, I fight taking them, maybe I shouldnt. Could someone please tell me what kind of insomnia they would call this & also what you would reccomend.
