Posting removal policy

Messages that do not meet the Goals of the forum or the Terms of Use will be removed. This includes any aggressive, hostile, and intimidating postings, practicing medicine with out a license, and encouraging medication changes without them talking to their physician, etc.

If you are looking for free speech, there are many insomnia forums on the net that allow it. This site never has and never will.
