First of all, thanks to everyone for all the info. Secondly, I too, like Mike, have an aversion to anti-depressants (just a personal issue, I don't feel like putting something in my body that's going to screw with my mind on that kind of level). However, I would be willing to try Elavil or something similar if I had the knowledge that my sleep patterns would eventually normalize and I would be able to sleep without it. I don't want to get into the whole "I don't have my medication, so tonight I don't get to sleep" thing. Is this possible?
