I've recently started treatment for depression with Zoloft which causes me to have insomnia. As a treatment I was put on Trazodone, but found it caused severe headaches and migrains for the duration that I was taking the Trazadone. I was then put on Ambien long term, which has helped, without a drugged feeling, but I am concerened about it being habit forming.
