If you were sleeping more than 5and a half hours before, why did you go on sleep restriction? I know many people who sleep 5 to 6 hrs. per night all the time and are very healthy and function fine the next day. If you feel rested, don't worry about doing something right...do what's right for you. Were you on meds when you were sleeping before the sleep restriction?
