hmm, let's see. good AND bad? friday and saturday nights were pretty good -- saturday woke up with some kind of anxiety attack and couldn't sleep, but stuck it out since I didn't have to worry about getting up early. sunday night, well, the old fear crept in again. "this week is going to be killer, what if i can't sleep...?" so i confess, i took steps to insure the outcome(meds). argh! last night, too. sunday nights are notoriously bad for me, and i hate to kick off the workweek that way. during the week the problem is not having enough time to wind down at night. i'm thinking oh no, it's already 10:30 and i'm still wide awake (so much to do) -- i'll never be able to get up tomorrow, better take the ambien so I can get to sleep now, otherwise it will take me so long to wind down and relax enough to (maybe) sleep. i LOVE your bath idea, and i know it would work for me. however, my bathtub is not suitable for bathing. oh how i wish! that's #1 on my wish list for the next place i live.

it's pretty ironic that we spend our sleepness nights worrying about work and at work we worry about our sleepness nights...

how about you? how was the weekend?
