friday night was fine for me as well...saturday night was not, i needed to take half an ambien..we were at a friends house, tried to call a cab (as we were NOT driving and they live out in the boonies) back to my folks house where we were staying, but faield, so we had to stay over. i was sleeping on a very uncomfy couch, so i figured i needed all the help i could get. sunday we had to drive way out from new jersey to long island for another party, and i was designated driver and for many reasons we did not get home until after 10:30- i was wired to i definateely resorted to my old stand bys-but i slept ok in the end. last night wasn't great, but tolerable...i think the antidepressant is working a bit on me though, because i am not panicking as mmuch in the middle of the night, i am more accepting of the situation. so my mood is better even if my sleep is not...i do find that even if i wake up at night i am not awake as long, so that's good. almost out of the ambien though. i have a sleep log to run into my sleep doc (i am going to draft up a little document explaining it as well-it isn't very descriptive in itself) so i am going to have to ask for another-yuk. wish me luck! keep me posted.
