A question for Chanz. How did you go off of the Ambien? I ran out and didn't have any for last night and spent the whole night (no kidding) awake. When I lose sleep like that it sends me into a depression. I know I'm addicted to it and don't know how to go off of it.

Any advice would be helpful.
