I'm so happy you're trying!!That's all we can do. I took the 5-HTP and it seemed to help. There are many foods that are high in tryptophan and help also such as turkey, warm milk. bananas, oatmeal. Perhaps you could get a book at the library about diet and insomnia. I know its hard when you're in a negative environment and I really admire you for being so brave. Keep in touch!!!
