If something works for you don't be quick to jump to another...that way you won't get confused if something stops working. There are many herbs and relaxing teas....chamomile is a safe relaxing tea but I've heard if you're allergic to ragweed it's better not to take it. You can get it in the supermarket as well as the health food stores. The health eood stores can be a bit confusing as they have many, many products and it's hard to know what to try if you're not familiar with the products.Keep thinking positive...I'm cheering for you to win this battle!!
