I would consult a therapist/psychiatrist on this if I were you...this does not seem to be an obsession you can control. Don't feel badly about this problem-this is not something you can help!!

RE: Paxil- I think you should reconsider this, and at the very least, contact your doctor to discuss. See the postings on this forum regarding Paxil-according to some, the symptoms go away after a bit of time. I for one am on it-a low dosage, and while it hasn't been a miracle cure-yet-I think it has helped me control some of the catastrophic thinking that goes around in my head in the middle of the night-and i am happier. besides, if you are exhausted all the time, how good is sex really going to be? Just a couple of thoughts. Again-i am very sorry you are having this trouble.
