Hank, Have the doctor send you to a therapist and he can make you a hand braces. You were these at night to control your hands from balling up. Balling up your hands causes circulation problems in your hands and arms. Sometimes you wake up and experience numbness. As for the feeling of breathing on your body...Diddo here! Don't wack yourself to hard. I just cover up with a sheet, no big deal. My spouse has come to understand that when he wants to cuddle up behind me, he needs to put a sheet over the part were he breathes on me. Shoot, all he cares about is just being next to me! Listen, our quirks could be a lot worse!!!

A Sleepy Friend.
