Turkey is delicious and warm milk with a bit of honey is very soothing!! If you get gas you may be allergic to lactose but lactose free milk is available. Milk is still one of the best producers of calcium and the most easily assimilated...provided, as i mentioned, you are not allergic to it. Peanut butter is too fatty to have as a bedtime snack....difficult to digest...unless you're talking about maybe a tsp. of it.
