hey-

actually- i tend to sleep BETTER away from home-maybe it's the change of atmosphere. plus, we will be partying a bit and staying up late AND i always sleep better on weekends anyway, so i am not concerned about that.

i am glad you are feeling better! i know how easy it is to get down about all of this. me, i am ok...tapering a bit on the ambien, def. cutting back on wine (last night only a little more than a glass-not enough to make me sleepy). i had to get up a bunch during the week, but still am keeping it under control. going to continue to taper the ambien as much as i can...the last bad patch messed with my head so much i am really not prepared to be brave-EXCEPT on weekends-which i usually don't need it. the good thing is, i know this could be worse, as it has been for me. next week i go to my sleep doc to go over my sleep log and discuss my progress.

i hope you have a good, restful weekend-you deserve it! talk to you next week, be sure to drop a line!

night-night....
