Some calcium and magnesium after dinner and before bedtime might help. Check with your Dr. The citrate form of each is the most easily digested and the ratio should be 2:1....i.e. 500mg of calcium to 250mgs of magnesium. Also a warm Epsom Salt bath before bedtime might help...Epsom salts are magnesium salts and this is tha calming mineral. Good Luck!!!
