Congratulations David! Are you sleeping well as you taper?

Last night was my second night in a row using 0.25 mg clonazepam after a gradual drop from 0.375 mg. So far no major disturbances; things are going okay and I'm still sleeping. The tiny anxiety twinges are easy to ignore as long as I am busy with something fun and/or productive, and eventually they go away after each cut in dose.

I think I'm going to stay at the 0.25 mg for a while to let my body adjust -- I've done this taper a bit faster than recommended.

A.N.
