If your insomnia is caused by hypoglycemia [low blood sugar], the troubleshooting for that would be to eat small frequent carbo meals throughout the day. Around 1/4-1/2cup carbo a meal. Personally, i eat around every three hours and i feel better and more comfortable before sleeping. I sleep better with this regimen.
