Hi...I know you are upset by the fact that you are unable to sleep with your mate, but why introduce yourself to a drug to satisfy this need when you sleep alone o.k. It is a severe punishment for a very simple dilemma. There are many people {including myself at this point} who because of many interferences as different and incompatible work schedules, snoring, different sleep habits, insomnia, restless movements, and many others are choosing to sleep apart . After all, think about it, when you are sleeping you don't even know whether your mate is there or not, unless they are keeping you up! I don't know why people get this guilt trip if they have to sleep apart. I know many people who sleep apart, and quite a few who are building homes with two master bedrooms so each person can have quality sleep . There are many people who stay in uncomfortable sleeping situations for years, and are bitter angry and tired.Your sex life will improve as well as all the other parts of your relationship when you are rested and not annoyed at the person you love who just happens to be the person that kept you up the night before.....I hope you can get into the same bed with your mate if it is that important, but why make it that important at all. There are enough things in life to worry about so if it doesn't work out let it be...You don't have to be part of the socialized standard'norm" in life, although I think seperate sleeping is getting much more popular these days. Sincerely, Hope
