Abby,

I have been stable at all my cuts (no w/d affects) except now my sleep is starting to erode. No I don't anticipate my sleep improving as my body adjusts to having less of the poison in my system. I too have on occasion increased my dose a bit (like a promised treat )and have enjoyed longer sleep.I'll have a couple of absolutes when dinning out and have not encountered any ill-effects, however i have read stories of people that sufferred major setbacks due to the consumption of 1 drink. I personally think they are the exception but hey, I tend to be an optimist. BTW how much melatonin are you taking.

Regards

david
