Sleepless in Frisco

I am an insomniac, this is my cure. 1/2 capsule temazapam (Restoril 7.5 mg.)plus, 1/2 tablet diphenhydramine (Sominex 12.5 mg.)before bed. With it 95% sucess rate. Without it, zero %. This has saved my life for the last 17 years. God bless my sleepless brothers and sisters.
