Rather than regarding your med as a poison which adds to an overall negative view and might reinforce the NST's, why not regard it as you would a crutch which if you broke your leg you would use until you were ready to discard it? Remember, it's the overuse or abuse(if you will) of the med that leads to all the problems of tapering, etc. Try thinking back to when you didn't use meds and reinforce in your brain that it's still you and you're on your way back...sometimes we have detours in life but try thinking positively and keep on track. I'm sure you can do it...now you must convince yourself!!!!
