1. YES. Being in Seattle, Palo Alto is close enough. It would be good to do on a weekend for those of us travelling.

2. Either May 2008 or July 2008. May is nice in the Bay Area.

3. -the latest on sleep apnea and MMA. I'd also like to discuss other procedures that may help in combination.

4. -small group discussion
-lunch

5. In addition, it would be nice to have time to socialize and talk about the longer term effects on people's lives.
