3. All of the above (is that an answer ??). But, I hope that most of the get together will be informal talks or networking rather than a "lecture".

4. Informal talks, small group discussions, "booths" , and, of course food is always a good thing !

5. I see this as a great fun "networking meeting" as well as a potential as an information session for "newbies"...and may hopefully develop into a loose-knit support network of sorts as well.
