1. Yes I would love to meet everyone. There are alot of necks I need to hug for all of the good encouragement and advice I have recieved.

2. I can probably make any date work if the date is set far enough in advance.

4. Informal mostly. Food is always good.

5. It would be nice to chose a place that has enough private meeting space that we feel free to talk openly without disturbing other hotel guests. A hotel bar or someone's hotel room won't be adequate. (Although I bet we spend some time in the bar!)
