I am really glad that I met ya'all in September out yonder. We each have a story and a journey that we have undertaken to improve our health. As the year draws to a close I ask myself a question that politicians seem to bandy about; am I better off than I was a year ago? In my case I'm not really sure, yet I know I have acquired more knowledge and I think I am moving in the right direction. In the coming year I hope to again seek the wise counsel of the MMA veterans better known as the Sunnyvale Bandits.
