Thanks Godfather. My wife wants to come along, she is the one who has lots of questions. Understandably she has not been plugged into the forum, hope she is welcome.

My surgery is by Drs. Riley and Powell on Sep 22 at Stanford, Dr. Atkinson will be the anaesthelogist.
