Dr. M. T. at Mass General did my surgery. She was assisted by Dr. L. K. who is the head of the oral surgery department.

The surgery went fine. My jaws were advanced the distance that we agreed upon. But it did not have an impact on my apnea. A followup sleep study confirmed that my RDI was just about the same. I have been able to lower my CPAP pressure from 13cm to 10cm but that is the only benefit so far.
