Just read this correspondence. Forgot to mention that I tried to take more Provigil in the afternoon and it also made me feel wacky...I actually couldn't type or function too well, so went home from work early. That is why we decided to give a "kick" of Ritilin in the afternoon (only 5mg) which wares off before bedtime. My doc said that all ten of his patients on Provigil are reporting afternoon fatigue and most are opting for the small dose of Ritilin around 2:00 p.m. It seems interesting that all of those 450 folks in the study didn't report this...maybe they study didn't probe enough to get at this? Hmm....
